Exercise a Lot
If you are strong enough, there are very less chances that pain would occur to you. Hence, you are advised to exercise a lot. There are many exercises which you can do to relieve hand and wrist pain. If you do not want to spend much time on exercise, yoga is also a good option to go for. Try to do only those exercises which focus on the wrists. This way, you would get what you want and you would not be tired.
Move the Wrist
Sometimes, the wrist might get painful due to staying in the same position for a lot of time. In such a case, just moving it a bit might be helpful. You can just press your wrist against a table so as to make it movable. You just have to keep bending your wrist till the pain point is bent against the table. Try to stay in this position for some time, this would ease much of your pain. This process can be repeated up to four times per day as and when you feel comfortable.
Ginger juice is a nice pain absorbent. To use it on your wrist, you have to boil a piece of ginger in some water. Then, take a cloth and absorb it in the ginger water and after that, lay that cloth on your wrist. You can also tie that on your wrist for some time. Most of your pain would be absorbed by that cloth. You can repeat this process whenever you like throughout the day.
Use Painkillers and Wrist Bands
Painkillers are a nice option to go for when you do not want to apply much effort and want the pain to be treated in minimal time. If you don’t want to take any kind of medication, you can also go for wrist bands. These would hold your joints in place and would ease the pain. However, it is recommended that you consult a doctor before trying any kind of medication if you want to avoid any kind of side effects.
Take Help of Ice
Ice is also a nice option to help you treat your wrist pain. You just have to put them in a plastic bag and then keep it over the wrists. This would not only help you to ease the pain, but it would also help you to reduce swelling, if any, on your wrists.
